In the ever changing world or real estate it is interesting to me to think about the term 'Luxury Home'. When I mention those words together, everyone seems to have a different opinion and mental picture of what that actually means. Take a second and say it to yourself and think about the images that come up now and what they mean to you. Was it a sprawling 50 acre estate with massive, manicured lawns and a manor house? Was it a mountain lodge adjacent to a lake with nothing but nature as a neighbor? Perhaps a penthouse suite looking out over the city lights as they danced in a visual chorus? Then again, it was probably none of those and more than likely it was a more personal vision of what your 'dream home' could be. Luxury to one person is definitely not the same for another. It does not need to mean a 10,000 sq ft mansion with a helicopter pad. The luxury of a home is determined by the wants and needs of the buyer making the purchase. Push pins indicate the elementary, middle and junior high schools in the district. Granite Bay High School is officially in the Roseville Joint Union High School District.
